How Click & Collect Works

We’ve made the process as straightforward as possible:

1. Shop Online as Usual

Browse our full range of healthcare, personal care, and beauty products. Once you’ve found what you need, add the items to your basket and proceed to checkout.

2. Select Click & Collect at Checkout

During checkout, choose ‘Click & Collect’ as your delivery method. This lets us know you’ll be collecting your order in person from our Birmingham location.

3. Order Before 2 PM for Same-Day Processing

Orders placed by 2 PM, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be available from the next working day.

Note: Processing times may vary slightly during holidays or peak shopping periods.

4. Receive Collection Confirmation

You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation before coming to collect.
