Directions

1. Measure for size – Use your waist or hip measurement, whichever is larger.
2. Wear like underwear – Pull on just like regular pants.
3. Check the fit – Waistband snug, leg cuffs flat.
4. Watch the indicator – Change when the line fades.
5. Remove easily – Tear sides and roll up to dispose.
6. Do not flush – Bin only.
7. Wipe and refresh – Clean skin and wear a new one.
