Directions

1. Wash well before first use. Then put the nozzle at the opening of the nostril and suck through the mouthpiece. You can vary the pressure and it's not possible to over-suck (never blow, though). The mucus collects hygienically in the sealed chamber. It comes with a handy storage case and two protective hygienic filters, so you can use it again and again. Just wash in warm water after each use.
